Our attractions are the Amethyst Show Gallery and the Gemstone House. The Amethyst Show Gallery can only be visited with a guided tour. Guided tour times can be found here. The gemstone house can be visited independently. For the Treasure Digger's Field , you have to buy a Mining Card at the Mining Field Cash Office. Visits to the café, adventure playground and amethyst shop are free.

If you come as an individual guest or family, no registration is necessary. You can find tour times for individual guests here. You can visit the gemstone house individually and take the knowledge tour "The secrets of gemstones" via cell phone app. The amethyst show gallery can only be visited with a guided tour.
Yes, you may take photographs of the entire site, with the exception of the special exhibitions. It is not permitted to photograph these exhibits in parts of the Gemstone House.
For a comfortable stay with us, it is best to plan at least 2 hours.
Yes, the Amethyst Café offers refreshments, coffee and cake, breakfast as well as hot and cold delicacies from the region.

The mining prices include taking along a maximum of "a handful" of amethysts per participant as well as the rental of the mining tools hammer, shovel and bucket. Amethyst digging can also take place in light rain. We recommend bringing rubber boots or a second pair of shoes. You can find all information about digging at the treasure field here.
The spacious and free parking lot at Amethyst Welt is available to all visitors. We ask bus drivers to stick to the designated bus parking system.
There is a public EVN e-mobile charging station at the parking lot.
ÖBB Franz-Josefs Bahn + TAXI FOX: The nearest train station Limberg-Maissau is about 6 km away. From the train station to Amethyst Welt there is the possibility to use the cab service under the telephone number: +43 664 530 48 48 to contact the taxi service.
You are welcome to take your dog with you to Amethyst Welt , but they are only allowed on the entire site with a muzzle and lead! Bite baskets are available in the store for a fee of € 10. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at the treasure tomb and in the animal adventure forest!
